Enjoyment of physical activity and effort.
Choose motive:
When you can physically exert yourself, you feel good. After a day at the desk you feel compelled to move. Without physical activity you would be missing something. You need your sports as a balance for inactivity. You feel uncomfortable if you can’t move for an extended period of time. For you, movement is an end in itself, it’s like a life elixir.
If you sit for too long you have the urge to move. You like to move and feel good when exercising. You are, however, unlikely to engage in extreme sports or go run for five miles. When you are physically active it is mostly connected with a reason, for example to get in good shape, walk the dog, or walk to the shops to get your groceries.
You could spend the whole day at your computer, reading, writing, or watching a movie and not feel the urge to move. You must force yourself to be physically active. You feel sports is more of an effort than a balance for inactivity. You don’t enjoy the feeling of your pulse racing and being out of breath. It wouldn’t even cross your mind to take the stairs instead of the elevator.
